Jonathan Phillips is the Executive Sous Chef at the University of Toronto St. George campus. He was trained in the French style of cooking, which emphasizes stocks and sauces as a fundamental building block of a chef’s training. Early in his career he was exposed to multiple cultures and cuisines while working at multiple high-end resorts globally.
In 2013, he worked in restaurants and catering in Canada. After working as a Residence Chef at the Mississauga campus, he joined the Food Services team at the St. George campus.
